Partial Planning is $3,500-$5,500. Ideal for couples who have started planning but need professional guidance, structure, and support leading up to the wedding. Pricing is based on guest count and labor needs.
Emerald Bundle:
Access to Aisle Planner Portal. We pay a monthly fee of $74.99 a month for this service for our clients.
Clients may book services at any time; however, active planning, coordination, and ongoing communication will begin no earlier than nine (9) months before the wedding date. For weddings booked more than nine months in advance, planning services will officially commence at the nine-month mark before the Event.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, coordinating communication related to timelines, logistics, and event flow. Once the bride has secured her vendor selections, AWhite Weddings will assume responsibility for all vendor communication and logistical coordination.
Assertive venue management and collecting all vendors day of insurance.
Creation of a professional timeline provided two weeks prior to the event.
Confirm vendor arrival times in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule and notify the Client of any delays or issues communicated by vendors.
Personalized wedding design. Examples include floral designs, table design, layouts, printed menus, bar menu and name tags, seating chart etc.
Planner’s services will be scheduled to align with the venue’s published opening and closing hours for the venue selected by Client. Planner is not responsible for providing services outside of the venue’s operating hours, and all event timelines, including setup and tear-down, will be coordinated accordingly
A final walk through a month before your event to tie up the details.
Additional staffing fees may be required for larger guest counts or décor installs.
Assist with transportation logistics as needed, including coordinating vehicle arrivals and departures and pulling up the ‘Just Married’ exit vehicle for the couple’s final send-off.
Details of Services:
On-site visit walk-through at the venue to go over the details and logistics of the wedding day from start to finish, this normally takes up to 2-3 hours on the property.
Timeline creation and wedding day “game plan” distributed to vendors. Ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and stays on schedule based on the master timeline.
Wedding rehearsal (The day before or the day of) - choreograph your entire bridal party and family, ensuring that everyone is comfortable walking down the aisle, knows their places, where to stand and sit, etc.
Review venue contracts and COI’s to ensure all on-site rules are understood and executed the day of.
Communicate and manage with on-site manager and personnel during set-up and departure.
Confirm that all vendors arrive promptly and greet wedding vendors upon arrival (caterer, cake, florist, photographer, makeup, and hair artist, etc.) Ensure all items are in place. Such as a communion or memory table, guest book table, sweetheart table, gift table, etc.
Set-up of personal items (i.e. cake cutter, family photos, guest book, etc.) Assist/help with decoration the day of. Return personal décor and gifts at the end of the evening/tear down for all personal items.
Cross-check the venue set up, making sure the ceremony and reception are set to perfection per the bride's request.
Work closely with the wedding photographer to ensure the timeline coordinates exactly with the bride’s timeline.
Distribute bouquets & pin corsages to the bridal party, attendants and family members.
Attentive ceremony coordination to assist bridal party and couple when walking down aisle. The DJ will be cued signals when bride desires to start walking down aisle.
Remind Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.
Guide the wedding party, guests, and newlyweds throughout their reception.
Assistant will be attentive to accompany every guest during reception. This ensures they are taken care of during dinner, providing proper southern hospitality and etiquette.
Complete day-of execution in accordance with the selected venue’s agreed-upon hours of operation.
Proactively identifying and addressing issues that arise on the wedding day within the Planner’s scope of services and reasonable control.
We kindly request your permission to post engagement and wedding photos on AWhiteWeddings social media accounts. Including photos from your photographer for promotion purposes when available. If the client prefers privacy, they must notify the planner in writing at least two weeks before the wedding day or before sharing any engagement photos with AWhiteWeddings.
Booking Essentials & Policies:
Please note you're responsible for hiring a venue tear-down cleaning crew and end-of-the-night trash disposal, if the venue does not provide this service. We also request a full catering service for food and beverage, as we are not licensed to serve food or drink.
To ensure your reservation on a definite basis, a signed agreement along with a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required. Deposits may be made in form of Credit/Debit, Cash, Venmo, Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders payable to AWhiteWeddings. To pay by Credit Card, a Credit Card Authorization form must be completed.
Due to business confidentiality, our company will not publish our event agreement contract publicly. Our legal contract maintains clauses that contain confidential information regarding clientele and events.
Our company has a nonrefundable deposit fee of 20%, which goes towards the total balance to reserve your wedding day. 50% of the remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding.
